I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at Copenhagen Business School. I hold a PhD from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.
My research lies at the intersection of macroeconomics and labor economics, with the goal of developing a deeper macroeconomic understanding of labor markets. I pursue this goal using both applied macroeconomic theory anf applied econometrics. My work focuses on search an matching models, worker mobility, labor market instritutions, wage-setting mechanisms, wage inequality, and labor market flcutuuations over the business cycle.
I hold a grant from the Danish Council for Independent Research for the project "The Gender Career Gap: An Anlaysis of Occupational Segregation and Career Progression" (2025-2029).
