Welcome to my webpage I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. I hold a PhD in Economics from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy. My main research interests are Macroeconomics and Labor Economics. My objective is to gain a better macroeconomic understanding of labor markets, and I pursue this objective using both applied macro theory and applied econometrics. Specifically, my research agenda focuses on search and matching theory, worker mobility, labour market institutions, wage setting processes, wage inequality, and fluctuations of the labor market at business cycle frequencies. Additional work has focused on long-run demographic fluctuations and their impact on inflation and asset prices.
